Refund policy

Currently, we are all sales final for online and in-store purchases. This is due to the economy and us opening a new store location. We thank you in advance for your understanding!

For damaged items: We require you to send photo proof of the item along with your post marked package. You must do this within 2 days of receiving your item on delivery date. If your item was damaged upon picking up from our drop box location, we are not liable. That is the risk you take with drop box pick-up. We cannot control what happens once it’s in the box. However, WE DO CARE and will take each concern case by case. We are a small business and cannot control what happens to packages once in route to you via shipping or once it’s placed in the drop box where many other customers are coming and where deliveries are being made to us by BIG BOX companies and their employees. 

Lost Packages: Once your packages has left our hands with shipping proof, you will have to contact all other postal/package services to handle the issue. Once we have provided you drop box location info and sent receipt that your item is ready for pick-up, we are not liable. 

Shipping Policies: We are not in control of your items or responsible for them once we have shipped and provided you an order confirmation email, shipping confirmation email, and /or a tracking number. Please note that you may not receive a tracking number is you choose ground shipping. We will gladly help you if you email us, but ask that you do your due diligence in making sure you select the right shipping for yourself. We are not liable for you choosing the wrong shipping.
